Pricing

The Lystr platform fee, marketing fee and portal advertising costs are separate parts of your sale campaign. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Lystr fees

Platform fee

$3,995

Gives you access to the Lystr platform to sell a single residential property.

Marketing fee

$990

Covers advertising campaign costs:

  • Professional photography
  • For sale signboard, including installation and removal
  • Open home sign
  • 50 DL flyers
  • Floor plan
  • Open home QR registration sign and adhesive labels

An invoice for both fees is raised when you launch your marketing campaign. Payment is due within 90 days or on settlement, whichever comes first. Both fees can be financed through a buy now, pay later provider.

Individual portal fees

Portal advertising costs depend on your property address and the listing sites you choose.

We do not add any markup to portal advertising costs.
