How much does Lystr cost?
You will pay less with Lystr. The average cost of selling a home in Australia is around $25,000 when you include marketing and agents fees. We've worked hard to get that total down to under $9,000.

Paid by credit card when you are ready to advertise your home.
Includes professional photography with paid optional extras available, including drone and twilight photography, 3D walkthroughs, video tour and floor plans.
Includes the cost of listing your home on realestate.com.au, Domain and AllHomes.
Covers the cost of a signboard (where available), including installation and removal.
COMMISSION
Sales commission
$5,000 plus GST
A fixed fee that does not change, regardless of what you sell your home for.
Covers the cost of running our online platform and supports our awesome team.
Only paid if your home is sold.
Paid on settlement directly to us by your solicitor.
